Greetings All:
This record is a compilation of my rock songs (1974-2024) with
45-year partners Tom and Dave Williams, Judd Group, Dave Tinetti, and Friends.
I chose early recordings from studios, especially American Artists, which was the early Prince and gang studio on Loring Park in Minneapolis. We had a nice relationship with many at American Artists Studios since we had met them a few times at the Minnesota Music Awards. I even gave up a weekend so Janet Jackson could record. The song “Our Day Will Come” went to final committee at Capitol Records with Carter (who rediscovered Tina Turner). I hope you enjoy. It’s dedicated to Pete Martinsen, one of the greatest engineer/producers I’ve worked with. We didn’t touch his tracks from 1984.
