Callie Weiss Signs Record Deal With ULTIMASONGS™
ULTIMASONGS RECORDS is proud to announce the signing of Callie Weiss to the label for the upcoming release of her first CD "These Walls". In a private ceremony, the Cedar Falls, Iowa pianist, singer-songwriter signed with ULTIMASONGS RECORDS for the exclusive release of her CD.
“This is one of the most exciting new artists and releases we have seen in years. Callie has a number of potential hit songs on this beautifully-recorded CD. The musicians and Tom Tatman’s work on this record is stellar,” label president Steve McLoone announced after the signing.
Callie began singing and playing piano when she was five years old. By the age of twelve she was composing her own songs and recording professionally. When Grammy-nominated, Gold Record producer Tom Tatman (StoneSour) heard the piano/vocal demo tracks for "These Walls" he was inspired to record a fully-produced version of the album. “Callie’s a teenage phenomenon. Her song-writing, musicianship and vocal performances on the CD are extraordinary,” stated Tatman.
